Welcome to the monthly Community Breakfast at Hyde Park 2nd Congo Church , THIS Saturday, August 5, 8:00-9:30 a.m. The usual fare pancakes, sausage, eggs accompanied by real Maple Syrup and beverages will be served by our excellent home chefs. Donations are welcome. We hope you will come by to enjoy food and conversation.

"Please enter via the ramp at the rear of the church, on Prospect Street. The church is celebrating the completion of the renovations to the bulkhead (back entrance to the church basement) recently done for the safety of all who use the church basement for any event. This is the alternate exit from the basement so is a necessary access. Last winter's ice and thawing had made the bulkhead unusable, so the Executive Committee sanctioned the repairs for the structural integrity and personal safety of occupants. "As you enjoy strolling by the lush vegetable gardens growing under the careful supervision of church members on your way to breakfast, please also take note of the ongoing efforts to keep this historic landmark in in Hyde Park a safe and welcoming place to gather."
