Elly has been doing these presentations all around the area to get us ready for mandatory composting in our state. She has great information, ideas for backyard and business composting, and can get you started on this important way to reduce inputs into the waste stream. Plus you get compost! If you are already composting, you can still learn a few tricks, if you haven't started, this is a great opportunity to see how easy it can be.
