Join South Hero Land Trust at the Champlain Islands Farmers' Market this Wednesday!

We'll be sharing free samples of delicious eggplant from Darby Farm in a healthy recipe with kid friendly options. Kids can also participate in a free, fun camouflage art activity!

Each week South Hero Land Trust will be at the Wednesday market highlighting a seasonal vegetable or fruit straight from the fields of a local farm, with free samples and recipes of an easy, healthy dish. We'll have special taste tests for the kids, and a farm or nature based art activity for them to do. Look for the South Hero Land Trust tent, and join us!

Wednesday from 3-5 PM (the market goes 'til 6). The Champlain Islands Farmers' Market is held behind the St. Rose of Lima Church on Rte 2. Hope to see you there!
