We’ll firing up the oven this week, Thursday 8/3, Friday, 8/4 and Saturday 8/5, from 4-8ish each night. Our hope is to encourage folks to stay and enjoy some live music by Andy Plante on Friday or Saturday, depending on the forecast. But regardless of the weather, there is always take-out available. In addition to our usual offerings, we’re featuring a classic pizza Margherita with fresh tomatoes, basil and Maplebrook mozzarella, Summer Veggie Ratatouille with chanterelles and chevre and a twist on our Blue Ledge with roasted Pennsylvania peaches and fresh greens.
