The Floating Bridge Food & Farms Cooperative presents it's 3rd Annual Farm-To-Table Dinner By Sunset Lake. We are celebrating the Native American companion crops of the three sisters of Corn, Beans and Squash symbolizing friendship and our interdependence. Arrive at 5pm for "Meet The Farmers and Producers Happy Hour”. Dinner will be served at 6pm. Enjoy the seasonal and local product grown and raised by Floating Bridge Food & Farms Cooperative members, prepared by Ariel's Chef Lee Duberman, and served under the trees, overlooking the lake on the lawn at Ariel's Restaurant in Brookfield. Price of $68 includes: 5 course meal, herbal iced tea, coffee, taxes and gratuities. Cash bar with local beers, Vermont wines and a special house cocktail. Limited seating.
