The Richmond Farmers Market is open from 3:00pm-7:00pm this Friday on Volunteers Green in Richmond. It should be a lot of fun with live music from Lightning Lucien: presented by Bolton Valley Resort, face painting booth presented by Reap Construction, as well as fresh local food, and amazing crafts from local artisans!

The Last Resort Farm has organic blueberries, raspberries, gooseberries, currents, new potatoes, fresh garlic and basil, shiitake mushrooms and much more.

COMMUNITY & YOUTH BOOTHS
Bring your kids by the Radiate Art Space booth to create cool veggie art prints while you shop the market. You can also support their goal of restoring their windows in the Town Center by buying tickets to the rescheduled Duck Race, which will now take place during the Sept 22 Farmers Market. First prize is $100 cash, 2nd prize is a $50 gift certificate to Hatchet, and 3rd prize is $25 gift certificate to Sweet Simone's.
Please remember that parking for the Farmers Market is not permitted in the privately-owned portion of the lot. If you can bike or walk to the market, that's great, if not please find additional parking in the back parking lot behind the baseball fields and the town offices parking lot up the street.
