Come join us! On, Sunday, July 30th (9:00- ~1:00), volunteers are needed to help create a portage trail around the Hardwick Lake Dam. Work will involve clearing vegetation, down trees and debris, and creating paths to provide safe passage. This is the only dam on the Lamoille River that does not have a portage route. This project is being spearheaded by the Vermont River Conservancy as part of an effort to develop the Lamoille River Paddlers' Trail.
