Creative Meditations
July 29th 1-5
In this workshop we will practice various creative meditation techniques to focus on the present moment and build our inner confidence to clarify our future paths. The world is what you think it is. If we can imagine something, we can begin to create it. In the Huna philosophy, there are four levels of reality objective, subjective, symbolic and holistic. If we change something in one level of reality, we can affect all other levels. If we change something in our imagination, it can affect our objective reality. We will use visualization techniques to not only create our future direction, we can also change our perception of our environment and have an influence over that. As well as practicing creative visualization, we will use our intuition to read for each other.
