The Covenant Community Church once again invites you to begin your Christmas journey to find the "star of wonder" at our 25th Annual Sancta Lucia Festival. Filled with Swedish traditions, it is a Celebration of Light and the Coming of Christ. The pageant will be held on Saturday December 14, 2013, with two seatings, one at 4:00pm and one at 6:30pm. Admission is: $10 for adults and $5 for children 3-10 years of age. Ticket reservations can be made by calling 802-223-5449. The Sancta Lucia Pageant with Swedish music and dance is followed by a traditional light Swedish meal of fruit soup, meatballs and gravy, cheese, breads and beverages. Our once a year Scandinavian gift shop will also be open. Join us for this family friendly event combining Scandinavian myth, the story of our patroness Saint Lucy and the celebration of Jesus' birth. The church is located at 1 Whitcomb Meadows Lane in Essex close to the Jericho line, off of route 15 and across the road from John Leo's.
