DiginVt, NOFA, Vermont Cheese Council, Vermont Farmer's Market Association and a number of other organizations that support farmers, have organized an Open Farm week in mid-August (see dates above).

Farms around the state of Vermont will open their gates to allow the public to come and participate in a variety of food and farm related activities.

Trollhaugen Farm, at 15 Grout Road in Newfane, is one of them. During the week, we will offer two slipper making workshops, crepe making classes, and an evening dinner. The dinner will be an out of doors feast, featuring galettes and crepes for dinner and live music to entertain you.
