Summer is all about abundance, so come revel in nature’s high season of flowers and berries. In this third class in a seasonal series with clinical herbalist Allison Dellner, we will take a plant walk and learn about locally grown and foraged medicine, right from our backdoor! This class will focus on common “weeds” - from their uses in herbal medicine, to their proper harvesting, drying, storage and preparations. During our walk, we will gather fresh plants, bring them back with us and begin processing them into tea, oil and tincture.
