This interval type workout is fun and the time passes quickly. 14 stations, each lasting a minute the first round and 45 seconds the second round. We start with a warmup and do fun group activities in the break like medicine ball catch and exercises that work our core. Boot camp boosts strength, agility, cardiovascular fitness, and so much more. $12 for one class or $60 for 6. Classes outdoors all summer and fall at 293 Pulp Mill Bridge Rd. Plenty of parking.
