Presenting: MODERN TIMES THEATER! Monday, July 24th, 3:00 at Lowe's Lecture Hall on Main St. in Johnson
Mr. Punch never knows when enough is enough! He's always making a mess of himself and his environment. When Punch finds himself living in a trash heap, he needs the help of children and their parents to learn how to make do or do without.
Modern Times Theater delights family audiences with their handmade wooden and papier-mache puppets, in a modern Vermont update of the age-old Punch and Judy show. Acoustic music, variety of instruments and a thrilling puppet show from Rose Friedman and Justin Lander, co-founders of Vermont Vaudeville.
This is the 12th Annual Summer Program Co-Sponsored by the Lanpher Memorial Library and the Johnson Public Library with a grant from the Vermont Department of Libraries.
Listen to Rose Friedman discussing this show on Vermont Edition, June 29, 2017
