Elderberry Workshop
with Rebecca Dalgin

Learn how to grow, harvest, and use our lovely local elderberries with a focus on winter wellness. Samples of elderberry syrup and elder flower tea will be provided. Rebecca is a Clinical Herbalist and owner of Wild Heart Wellness, an herbal clinic located on the Goddard College Campus in Plainfield Vermont. She delights in introducing people to the bounty of wild plant medicine right outside their doors!
