Pick up Ultimate Frisbee at Rock Point School -- Mondays 6:00 pm

Ultimate is open to anyone of any skill level, gender – ages middle school and older. It's really fun so bring your parents/siblings/friends along whenever you can. To play you just have to show up at the upper Rock Point field around 6:00 on Monday nights. It is very casual and usually we play barefoot or in shoes (no cleats please). It is always a good idea to bring water, a white shirt, and a dark shirt if you can.
