The Vergennes Area Lions Club last year raised over $25,000 of which all was in return donated to local community service organizations. One of our largest and most successful fund raisers is the annual charity auction. This years auction will be held this Wednesday, 12 July 2017 at the Vergennes Union High School gymnasium. Preview starts at 5PM and auction starts promptly at 6:00 PM. Donations of items are gladly accepted and greatly appreciated. While cleaning out homes, garages, moving or just general what ever, we will accept most all donations. Please no large appliances, electronics, or "particle board" furniture. If you have item(s) to donate, club members will be picking items up Tues evening after 3PM. Please call the numbers below to schedule, There is also a "white elephant" section so if you are looking for little baubles check that area out and most of it is on a "make an offer" basis.
