Live Birds of Prey at Davies!

Past event
Jul 7, 2017, 10 to 11:30 AM

Summer Reading Program at the Davies kicks off this Friday, July 7th at 10:00 when we host Vermont Raptors with the Southern Vermont Natural History Museum.

Meet the birds of prey! Three to four live hawks, owls and falcons will come for a face-to-face exploration of what it takes to be a raptor. Their role in the environment and history with humans can help us learn from the past and help us build a better world for the future. All are welcome- this event is free and open to the public.

This program is possible thanks to funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

The Davies Library is located in Lower Waterford, VT across from the Rabbit Hill Inn. For more information contact Jen D'Agostino at 802.748.4609 or davieslibraryvt@gmail.com
