Are you sending your daughter to college or to study abroad? TaeKwon Do K.IC.K.S. and Master Kellie Thomas is offering a teen girl and women self-defense workshop on Sunday July 23rd from 1:00 - 5:00 at the Christian Reform Church in Vergennes. This is a basic course teaching women how to use the strongest parts of their bodies against the weakest parts of their assailants. We will be teaching both verbal and physical techniques that can be done by anyone - no martial arts experience required.
