Have you ever thought: Next year, when it's less busy I will go to this awesome one-week retreat? And then you didn't go? Because it wasn't less busy. Never was, somehow. Guess what? For that and other reasons the mini retreats are exactly that: Mini-Retreats. They might be just three hours long. But therefore you get the chance to go. Every. Single. Month.
That means whatever is going on that month you will have time to check in with yourself, wind down, treat yourself to some delicious moving and relaxing. Sounds awesome? I thought so. : )

The mini retreats are a fine blend of activities that are drawn from various disciplines and art forms: Authentic Movement, Dance, Body Mind Centering, Visual Art – creating with our hands, Storytelling, Writing, Mindfulness, Meditation and Visualization techniques and multiple forms of sharing – you know, the kind of things that make life worth while living.
The monthly mini retreats are intended for women and trans.
It is my vision to inspire a circle for women and together create a safe, beautiful, inspired & fun space for one and another.
