It's that time again for your pet to have the opportunity to express his/her pet peeves, opinions, complaints, hopes, dreams, feelings of gratitude & accomplishment, information that others of his/her species might find useful...and/or anything else that he/she feels the need to be expressed to the public at the Moscow Fourth of July Parade.

I will be in the parking field at the Moscow Ball Park at 9:30 with blank signs and markers...If you and your pet(s) would like to participate in the DOG SPEAK PARADE please ask your pet to think of what it is the he/she would like to share and using your telepathic powers, write the message you receive on the sign...You might want to make your own sign since I may not have enough to go around.

I hope you see many two and four-footers on Tuesday...
