Granite City Grocery Co-op Annual Meeting on Tuesday night! Everyone is welcome to join us and learn about the start-up food co-op being developed for downtown Barre. Meet the Board and many of the more than 650 member/owners of GCG, and enjoy a mac n cheese dinner. The Site Committee has moved from looking FOR properties to looking AT properties; membership continues to grow; and we’re looking forward to a productive summer. Emily Kaminsky, one of the original founders of the co-op, is coming back from Boston to tell us how it started and her vision of how the store will affect Barre.
