Join us as Lt. James Hemond continues our series on Women’s Self Defense. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes as we focus on the physical aspect of self defense. Bring your questions and a friend- all sessions are free and open to the public!

NOTE: Classes will take place in the basement of the Waterford Congregational Church (across from the library).
