Charcuterie Talk and Tasting

This Tuesday, June 27th, the Galaxy Bookshop will host Jeffrey Roberts, author of "Salted & Cured," to discuss the history and flavors of preserved meats. Roberts has been teaching a Charcuterie course at Sterling College as part of the School of the New American Farmstead. Samples of Vermont cured meats will be available to taste, including varieties from VT99 Meats and Vermont Salumi. Call 472-5533 for more information.
