This Tuesday, June 27th, the Galaxy Bookshop will host Jeffrey Roberts, author of "Salted & Cured," to discuss the history and flavors of preserved meats. Roberts has been teaching a Charcuterie course at Sterling College as part of the School of the New American Farmstead.
