Please join us for a wonderful 2 hour workshop designed to help us make the most out of those places where we feel stuck. Based on the unique work of Arawana Hayashi who has worked as a teacher and consultant through the renowned Presence Institute, and introduced the practice of Social Presencing Theater, Suzanne will lead us in exercises designed to help us notice our natural inclination to move toward a saner, freer, healthier, more creative situation from something that feels stuck in our lives.
