We are privileged to be selling the estate of the late Dana Haskin Jr. and Eleanor (Farr) Haskin of Waitsfield, Vt. For three generations the Haskin family has run the Waitsfiel-Fayston Telephone Company (now known as Waitsfield-Champlain Valley Telecom) overseeing it from its infancy circa 1911 into the state-of-the-art company it is today. Both Dana (a 33-year military vet and B-29 gunner in the Korean War) and Eleanor were instrumental in the development of the company and extremely active in the Mad River Valley community giving of their time and philanthropically. This sale represents items collected by all three generations of the family, many of which have been stored in barns and attics for several years. For convenience of sale we have combined the contents of the Haskin’s mountain home with their Bridge St. colonial property to create a dynamic sale in every respect.

Directions: From Rte. 100 (Main St.) in Waitsfield turn onto Bridge St. and cross the covered bridge. Watch for sale signs.
