The Arts Bus with Sharon Trautwein will bring Bluetooth technology into their interactive art program called RoboRoaches on June 28 from 10 a.m. until noon. The Arts Bus will be parked in front of the library at 23 Alexander Place in South Royalton village. The program is led by Dr. Michelle Sama of Vermont Technical College, who along with Trautwein, will teach children about basic circuitry and insect behavior. The circuits will be applied to living insects such as the South American cockroach, to demonstrate neural micro-stimulation in a creative way. (Note: No insects will be harmed for this activity.)
