The 55th Annual Chicken Barbecue, Auction and White Elephant Sale will be held on Tuesday July 4th at the Shelburne United Methodist Church [30 Church Street, Shelburne, VT]. The Bake Sale and While Elephant Sale will begin at 9:00AM. A live Auction,hosted by Charlie Barsalow and Mark Waterhouse, will begin at 10:00AM on the church lawn. The Chicken Barbeque will be served from 11:30AM - 1:00PM or until we run out of chicken. The meal includes Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw and a beverage ($12 for adults and $6 for children under 12 y.o.). Funds raised at this event are used for mission outreach projects, supported by the church, and other church expenses.
