Mindful Self Care • Creating Joy and Ease in Your Life

Please join us on Sunday, June 25 and July 16 from 4-6pm for an afternoon workshop (or combined workshops) with Angie Andrews of Angie Andrews Inspire.

Do you wish you could go to a healing summer camp? We deserve some "me" time during the summer. Come hang out with other like-minded people: learn, experience, talk and share.

In this series, we gather four times to explore how self-care mindset can change your life—and the lives of those around you. (We are not talking about mani-pedi's here, though that could be one way to make yourself feel special.)

The self-care I am talking about is your way of being—each and every day: Believing your are worthy of you own care and attention above all else. That's where the magic is.

As a healing practitioner, I teach what I have come to learn. My journey is still in evolution, but my calling runs deep. A large part of what I work on with my clients is this: how can I find my way to feeling worthy? We discover what habits/rituals support us—and create more joy and ease.
