Join South Hero Land Trust at the Champlain Islands Farmers' Market tomorrow!

Each week we will be highlighting a seasonal vegetable or fruit straight from the fields of a local farm, with free samples and recipes of a easy, healthy dish. We'll have special taste tests for the kids, and a farm or nature based art activity for them to do. Look for the South Hero Land Trust tent, and join us!

This week we'll be highlighting strawberries and spring greens from Savage Gardens Farm in a delicious recipe with kid friendly options. Kids can also participate in a free, fun seed ornament activity.

Wednesday from 3-5 PM (the market goes 'til 6). The Champlain Islands Farmers' Market is held behind the St. Rose of Lima Church on Rte 2.
