Welcome to the annual Russell Library Strawberry Festival and Book Sale! We'll host our event at the Monkton Fire House this year at a new start time: 10 am for book sales, and 11 am for serving food. Entertainment by Jamie Masefield and Doug Perkins will begin at 11:30. Aside from a book sale and fresh local strawberries, we'll have hot dogs and lemonade for sale. The silent auction will offer some great items this year including a new bike, greens fees at local golf courses, locally hand crafted wood items, and some delicious food choices from local venues.
Of particular interest are the book donations from a Civil War buff and the carver of the Birds of Vermont Museum. We hope to see our friends and neighbors turn out for another fun day!
