Sessions include an Introduction which helps the participants touch in to the Silence. After the Introduction there is a short video clip followed by the invitation to drop down into the heart of Silence within oneself and join in this movement of experiencing silence in the present moment and the potential for healing that it has brought to thousands of people over the past 22 years and is freely offered.
