As many of you have read Gary Jacobson is now at home with his beloved family receiving hospice care. Chef Gary was an integral part of creating The Bistro at Ten Acres and through this became a dear friend to Mark and I. We are opening The Bistro at Ten Acres this week from Wednesday to Sunday in Chef Gary's honor and giving his family 10% of all sales for the week to help them during this difficult time. Please join us any evening from 5pm. We will also have sign up information for the Meal Train and a donations box.
