If you’re sick of politics as usual and want to do something about it, then join me this Friday June 16th, as Rights & Democracy (RAD) launches its Democracy Summer Kick-Off!

This celebratory event will kick-start an action-packed summer full of town hall meetings, organizing, and leadership trainings throughout Vermont.

The main event will take place at The North End Studio at 6 PM, which will be LiveStreamed to nearly a dozen satellite Democracy Summer House Parties throughout the Vermont!

Guest speakers include environmentalist author & founder of 350.org Bill McKibben, Executive Director of Our Revolution Shannon Jackson, founding RAD board member and candidate for Ward 7 City Council Ali Dieng, and other member leaders who will speak about our work on healthcare, energy democracy, economic justice, and more.

We’ll also have live music and much more, including information about upcoming statewide actions, and how to connect with us throughout the summer during our statewide Town Hall tour.
