The August 12, 2017 10th Annual Jay Summer Fest is a Jay Focus Group 501 (c) 3 Non Profit Charitable Event raising funds for the Jay Area Food Shelf covering the towns of Jay, Lowell, North Troy, Troy & Westfield, Jay Westfield Elementary School Enrichment  Programs, Annual Children's Halloween Party at Jay Peak Ice Haus, Jay Athletic Association, Jay Community Center, Jay Community Recreational Centre, NCUHS Visual Arts Program, JFG  Community Service Scholarship & Summer Camp Scholarships, Annual Leprechaun Scamper, Annual Easter Egg Hunt on the Jay Community Recreational Centre, Knights of Columbus Coats for Kids, Green Mountain Farm to School
