Get Your Stuff Together
The group for young men that hate groups
Courage is Fear in Action
GYST (Get Your Stuff Together) creates a safe and empowering community for young men and youth in transition to come together with one commonality: learning to live life on life’s terms. GYST is a peer-to-peer led group, featuring guest speakers from all walks of life. We’ve all been angry, tired, alone, argued with our parents, had relationship issues, and some interactions with the law. Some of us have had substance abuse issues or struggle with mental health problems and these life issues have a ripple effect. GYST exists because everyone makes mistakes. GYST is about discussing life experiences and understanding that we are not alone in the challenges we face on a daily basis. While we all have a different story, we all feel the same emotions, and we all have different ways of dealing with them. GYST provides the tools and outlet needed to handle daily life to live as a productive member of society. We provide the tools, and you provide the box.
