Free Breakfast and Farm Tour June 17 and July 22!
Want to know where your food comes from? This summer, you can go straight to the source. Vermont's Breakfast on the Farm will be at Fairmont Farm in East Montpelier on Saturday, June 17 and at Blue Spruce Farm in Bridport on Saturday, July 22.
You’ll enjoy a free pancake breakfast and then set-off on a self-guided farm tour to see first-hand how dairy farmers care for their animals, the environment, and contribute to our local communities. A kid-friendly scavenger hunt includes milking a pretend cow, riding a smoothie blending bicycle, exploring a Lego farm, and more.
The farms are members of Cabot Creamery Cooperative – you’ll see why their award-winning cheeses and other local dairy products are made with love.
Breakfast on the Farm is completely free, but tickets must be reserved through www.VermontBreakfastOnTheFarm.com.
