Tai Chi for Wellness

Thursdays from 5 to 6 PM through July 27*
Willey Building 3014 Main St. Cabot

Tai Chi 8 Postures: This is a great way to start Tai Chi. Each week I will focus on one of the 8 sequential postures. Each posture is easy to learn and can form the basis for more advanced study. I will also teach the 8 Pieces of Brocade, a classic set of qi gong postures. Each class will also include stretching and strengthening exercises.

Tai Chi helps with your balance and concentration and is often considered a moving meditation.
Classes are free to the public, though suggested donation of $5 per class is welcome.
It is requested that no outdoor shoes be worn on the wooden floors. Bare feet or clean indoor shoes are suitable.

Classes are offered by Marsha Kameron. She has been teaching Yang Style Tai Chi for the past seven years. She has attended numerous Tai Chi workshops and is a senior student of Andrew Townsend (a disciple of Grand Master Jesse Tsao).
