Come join Hinesburg Trails Committee members and other volunteers for a few hours of sprucing up our Hinesburg Area Recreational Trails (HART) trail network this Saturday. We will meet at 9 AM behind Town Hall and divide into teams to tackle trail maintenance projects on the Russell Farm, at Geprags Park, and in the LaPlatte Headwaters Town Forest. Enthusiasm, but not experience, is required! We’ll be able to provide some tools, but if you have loppers or pruning saws, please bring them along. You’ll want to wear boots, long pants, and a hat, and bring water and bug dope. All ages are welcome, but no dogs, please. We’ll work till noon and then regroup at Town Hall for pizza and cider and to brag about our accomplishments.
