The Richmond Farmers Market begins the 2017 season Friday June 2nd from 3:00-7:00PM at Volunteer’s Green in the village, rain or shine.
We’re kicking things off with a bang this year featuring 30 vendors to help start your weekend on a high note. Fresh produce from Stone Beach & Last Resort farms, local beef from Moultrop Farms, baked goods, fresh breads, iced teas, coffee from many great vendors, and samples & bottles from Stonecutter Spirits. There will also be amazing prepared foods for a picnic dinner with the family; handmade meat pies from Pie Empire, hot pizza from Goog’s, and salads, bowls & wraps from Street Greens, and more!
We also have handmade wooden crafts from Rough Cut Glades, Richmond t-shirts from Soren n’ Oren, and birdhouses and baked goods from the MMU Students Coop.
Live music this week from Front Porch Foursome playing incredible folk music, and face painting for kids & kids at heart.
The RFM accepts credit/debit cards, EBT/SNAP benefits, Crop Cash and Farm to Family programs. We have plenty of free parking by the baseball fields, and town offices (after 5:00PM), and lots of open space for families to hang, eat, and enjoy the day.
