The 3,300 square foot, 24/7 gym right on route 100 in Waterbury will have unlimited classes included with membership (both new and existing). No need to sign up for an entire series. Come when you like. We want fitness to work for YOU.

Saturday, June 3, 2017 ONLY we will have 4 classes in one day. $10 per class (Drop in)
9AM - Strength Training in Mobility - Kim McNeil
10AM - Conditioning Circuit - Kyle Smith
11AM - 1PM - Luna Lotus Seated Massage ($15/15 minutes)
2PM - Abs/Core - Kyle Smith
3PM - Yoga Pulse - Erin Giguere

STIM – Strength Training in Mobility
Tuesdays 8:00 - 8:45am
Taught by Kim McNeil: BS in Biology and Society, Cornell. Certified Trainer, Crossfit Trainer Level 1, Gymnastics Trainer Level 1, USAF 2nd Degree Black Belt, Qi Gong Instructor
Gain true strength by getting mobile. Physical therapists the world over prescribe ACTIVATION exercises in conjunction with MOBILITY exercises. The best athletes around the globe train their core, stretch and develop their fine motor skills – a lot. Why shouldn’t you? In STIM class you’ll build progressive strength, speed and agility by learning better motor control, body mechanics and releasing bound-up tissue so that you can pull, bound, jump, push, run and cut safely, better and without pain.

Conditioning Circuit
Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:00pm
Taught by Kyle Smith: The Forge’s own ISSA certified personal trainer
This circuit training class will utilize high intensity interval training to work your whole body to improve conditioning. We will utilize the ladder and footwork drills for this cardio rich class.

Yoga Pulse
Thursdays 8:00 - 8:45am
Taught by Erin Giguere: first introduced to yoga by her Grandmother, she received her RYT in Thailand, focusing on Hatha and Ashtanga. She teaches a variety of classes ranging from restorative to power yoga.
Improve flexibility through deep stretching, tone and strengthen the muscles through pulsing movements. Focus on the breath, and flow through each movement with awareness.

Body Weight Exercises
Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00pm
Taught by Kyle Smith: The Forge’s own ISSA certified personal trainer.
You don’t need weights to get a good workout. Using your own body weight, this class is staggered to YOUR level of fitness. Gain muscle, size, strength, and definition.

Core/Abs
Fridays 8:00 - 8:30am
Taught by Kyle Smith: The Forge’s own ISSA certified personal trainer.
This class is a 30 minute all out muscle killer. Work your entire core, not just your abs. Hit obliques and back in order to keep your whole core strong to build a good base for any sport or activity.
