Storytime is so much more than just the reading of books. It is the planting of seeds for lifelong learning, the awakening of imagination, and the widening of mind and spirit. It's singing songs, chanting rhymes, cooing with babies, pointing out and naming objects, looking at books… all early literacy skills.
