Start your weekend of well! Join me this evening at the Valley Glow Yoga Studio. In this Kripalu Vinyasa class we will work to soften and brighten from the inside out as we pulse with the renewal energy of Spring. There will be an opportunity to gather after class and enjoy tea together as this is the only Community Yoga class I am scheduled to teach until next Fall! Hope to see you on the mat!
