In Hope Cemetery behind the White Meeting House on Main St. Waterbury Village
Learn about the 3 Luce brothers that enlisted when the US entered WWI 100 years ago, and hear what was happening in Waterbury to support the effort.
We'll also become familiar with 2 men that affected the face of Waterbury in their own special ways: Isaac Elliott and Amasa Pride. We are fortunate to have some of their possessions in our collection.
The walk is held rain or shine (we're hoping for shine, but cloudy will be great, too)
Bring a lawn chair if you wish.
