The Barre City Planning Commission is hosting its second public informational meeting regarding the zoning update this Thursday, May 25th beginning at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers of City Hall. This public meeting will focus on the draft zoning districts, their meanings, and the draft boundaries to date.

Please come, look at the draft (which can already be found on the City website at https://www.barrecity.org/planning-commission.html ) and bring your comments, concerns and ideas. We will have a large, readable map on the wall, and our consultant will give a presentation.

If you have ideas, concerns, etc. but cannot attend, please feel free to email Janet Shatney, Planning Director at jshatney@barrecity.org, and she will pass along any communication to the Planning Commission.
