I am looking for someone to rent a room in my house near Ethan Allen park. I'm a professional and a mom and my 7 year old son lives with me part time. I have an extra room and would love to have a college student or professional woman who might need a place to rent for the school year, etc. I am also looking to reduce rent in exchange for some early morning childcare (bringing my son to school two to three mornings a week).
