The onslaught of scams and fraud is relentless. Whether by phone, mail or the internet, con artists are stealing money and identities at the rate of one victim every two seconds. AARP Vermont and the Consumer Affairs Office of the Vermont Attorney General's Office present a public education program to help residents of all ages in recognizing and combatting fraud. The program will take place at the Strolling of the Heifers (Gibson River Garden) on Main Street in Brattleboro. There is no charge for the program ,
