There are a few spaces left in the MAMASTE: Restorative Yoga and Reiki workshop, being held at the Valley Glow Yoga Studio in Waitsfield on Sunday, May 21 from 5:30-7:30 pm. This relaxing class, being held in honor of Mother's Day, will lead you through a series of gentle yoga poses while you receive Reiki, a subtle, hands-on form of energy healing. The workshop is being co-taught by Tyne Pike-Sprenger and Lindsey Vandal, and costs $25.
