The Trustees will hear a presentation by the Vermont Economic Progress Council on Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts. Agenda items include a request for start-up funds for a new arts festival in the Village, the revised FYE 18 Capital Reserve Fund, an Arbor Day Proclamation and amended General Rules and Personnel Regulations.
