Residents in the Mills Point and Airport Park areas should note that the annual Colchester Causeway 5K/15K Race is coming up on Saturday, June 3. Approximately 400 runners will begin at Airport Park, running out to designated turnaround points on the Causeway, then returning to Airport Park to finish. Expect short delays at the Mills Point/ Causeway Path crossing between the hours of 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM.

The Colchester Causeway and Bike Ferry will be CLOSED to all foot and bike traffic during these hours, and a Colchester Police Officer will be controlling the intersection at Mills Point. Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to cheer on the runners at this crossing!
