Shelterwood Construction is a forward thinking construction company located in the Mad River Valley. We partner with like-minded architects and clients to build homes that combine beauty, efficiency and durability. Passive House certification is one of the most stringent energy efficiency standards for the design and construction of new buildings and requires rigorous detailing and exceptional execution of construction. Our recent project is modeled to cost $300 a year in heating/cooling and electrical expenses through the most extreme winters and summers. We want to share this exciting home with those who will appreciate it as well as those who are interested in learning more.
